It's got a brand new battery in it. Comes with a little leather looking case with a belt clip on it. White and gray color scheme. Fantastic shape since I actually misplaced it for a really long time. (like a year plus!) Hence, had to put in a new battery. It also works great as a portable hard drive. Creative has some free softare you download for it. It charges via a USB connection if that matters to you. I've got the wall-wart charger gizmo as well. Probably have the manual somewhere but I'll have to look for it.
