Hi Guys,
Just finished this one for a very special customer, You may know of him over there, he toured with EVH a couple of years back. Anyway he is a lovely bloke and we worked on this together, Dave wanted a "Players" guitar that was light and responsive, with a bit of growl....

Nice burst! That's a thick maple top. I really like the bridge you use....is it aftermarket or yours? Which pickups did you install?

Pete seems to favour Schaller stuff - Hannes, 3D 6, STM (on this guitar). Pickups are probably by Mick Brierley (http://www.brierleyguitarpickups.com.au/)

Don't know anyone who offers such thick maple tops besides Pete :cool2:.

was trying to find a decent vid of early baby animals but couldn't find one that does them justice.

i spent a considerable amount of time learning the fingerstyle intro to 'one word' a couple years ago...

yeah, Dave is a monster player.

Its a bit of a pity that we dont seem to recognise our world class players here in OZ..
