G'Day Everybody,
Just finished a new prototype of a a series of guitars I am calling the 'H' series.
The 'H' stands for hollow! not very imaginative am I?
OK specs:
hollow mahogany body, with a 7mm maple cap, Blue sunburst,
Planet waves locking tuners with the auto trim, very neat!
5 piece neck Qld Maple/Wenge/Eastern Mahogany/Wenge/Qld Maple
String through TOM bridge
Hand wound Pickups
push pull vol tone Vol/Neck pup, Tone/Bridge pup 3 way switch, 8 tonal variations
MOP inlays reflecting the sound holes, with Paua teardrops, 12th fret is Paua curve with pink mussel teardrops, Crossley neck to body join (if you have upper register frets, its good to be able to play them!)
Crossley flat neck profile
Ebony board
She is really resonant, plays almost like a semi accoustic, but growls when you give her some stick!
Would really like your opinions! YES PLEASE!!!
Cheers
Pete
PS sorry about the crappy photos, one day I might get the hang of this "photographer" thing
