Hi all,
please allow me to introduce myself, before i start a new tread with my problem. My name is Alex Ilic, 45 years old, living in Netherlands , playing guitar in a blues band, father of two kids, and happily married for 24 years . At this moment i play on ' 60 AVRI stratocaster and Epiphone Elite. Couple of years ago i've swapped stock pickups in App-I-Phone for Antiquity Humbuckers, which was the total improvement.
Therefore i've decided to order new antiquity CS bridge single coil for my strat just to beef up my bridge sound a bit. Last friday i've recieved the one and you can imagine that feeling, like little kid under the X-mas tree with presents...
First thing i always do before installing the pickups is ...indeed checking the resistance with multimeter, pure to see if it's all correct as the specs say. Allrighty, multimeter on, not a single move..
Replaced a new battery ( yeah you never know ), still nothing... Strange, last thing you would think is - p'up busted.
I get it , Antiquity OK, but Antiquity doesn't mean that old stuff doesn't work, isn't it..?
Anyhow, i've contacted customer service per mail, twice, three, four times, no feedback at all. Sent the photo's with mutimeter values, and so on.. nope, no responding. Just automatically generated email notification that if any questions , i could check out on SD forum ( which i'm doing right now), and hopefully that somebody of you can help me out guys.
thanks a lot in advance all
cheers
Alex
