Custom Blackouts?

Anyone have or know if it's even possible to get custom Blackouts?

Nothing too fancy. I'd like the output knocked down on both the bridge and the neck and I'd like a neck pickup that's a bit sharper and less bassy. Maybe change the magnet from A5 to Ceramic in the neck.

Sounds like an EMG 60 would work for what you are looking for in a neck. And the EMG 85 has less output than the BO bridge. Maybe the new 85x might be the ticket?

You know, I forgot about the X series. Thanks for reminding me about those. I've used and loved the 60 and 81 in the past but wanted something that gave me more picking dynamics then they did.

I doubt you'll be able to get a custom blackout. The boards are prefabbed, stuffed, and solder overseas and then the pups are assembled in the US.
