Hmm not off hand I don't know of blanks for sale but I see you're into Jackson/Charvel so here's a guy who does great work and while I didn't have a chance to check and see at the moment I did notice he does custom engraving as well.
It's worth it to browse his site cause he has stuff you didn't know that you wanted until you see it trust me. haha!

Yea he is a nice guy and if all else maybe he can point you in the right direction. I really like the cast neckplates of Jackson and Charvel from that era. Kramer, BCRich, Washburn, etc all had their own version which if you notice they all share the same basic contour with the logo being the main deviance.
I'd also venture to guess they all shared the same supplier. It would be nice to find out who makes the current verisons you see for sale on ebay because that would be your guy to source a blank one.

Although I would like a 3D raised neck plate. Those black neck plates he has shown on his site are pretty sweet. I've got an email into him with what I want. I can always keep my eye out for another option. Thanks again metalchurch for reminding me of Dave.

No prob and I myself have forgotten about him on occasion as well so don't feel bad. Post more pics when you're done cause I'm curious what you have going on there.
So you want to block your trem so you can use that Charvel neck you are working on at the moment on account of it having a non locking nut?

Well I actually have several irons in the fire. This neck plate will be going on a custom build with custom paint job. I'm going to start a build thread once I have all the parts. Probably this week.
The blocked tremolo question was mostly just in general. I have a few of those trem stoppers that I pictured and I like yo use them as a dive only setup. I was mostly curious about using one of those and having the pressure of 5 springs against that tiny little bracket.
