Custom shop....... Waiting and wait g and waiting...

Hello people.
I wrote because I got a problem with my will to order
A custom shop humbucker.
I always get an mail confirmation but nothing happens.
Does anybody here get the same problem?

It's a little bit disappointing because I don't know what's happened....how many time that could take....

I would contact the Custom Shop directly: (805) 964-9610 (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm PDT) dial 2, then 4. You can try using this form, but calling will get an immediate response.

This has happened to me several times with the Duncan Custom Shop.

What is it you are trying to have made? Depending on what it is, it might be possible to get it somewhere else without having to chase the maker down to get them to take your money.
