Probably the least invasive way is just to use push-pulls to defeat the tone pot and or the volume pot.

I'll knock up a drawing or two shortly.

If what you want is:

1. Bridge (no vol, no tone)
2. Bridge w/ vol/tone
3. Neck (vol only)

Then it's easy to do with a standard Tele 3-way if you don't mind using one of these volume controls:

The fact that it's dual-ganged will be transparent to you, the user. I can do the diagram tomorrow. I'm not on my "graphics" computer now.

So, you have several options. (As others have suggested.) If you want to go with your original wiring scheme, you can either use the ganged pot that I linked to above. Or you could use a 3-hole Tele plate, and have a separate bridge/neck volume pot.

Or, you could do a Superswitch with the ends blocked. I've actually been working on that for awhile. It's pretty simple and makes a nice "short-throw" 3-way.

Here's the basic idea for doing the 2-volume method. And remember, that with the ganged pot, the "dual" thing is transparent to you in operation.
