Custom Zephyrs based on copper pickups

I'm just wondering if it's possible to get Zephyr versions of the JB or SSL-1. By that I mean Zephyr materials and craftsmanship voiced to existing copper wound pickups.

Wouldn't it sound like the pups you're already familiar with but with extra jingle jangle?

I doubt a single person has any experience along these lines, but I've been proven wrong before. If recommend asking the Custom Shop. My personal view is that if you are spending hella money on a silver pickup just so you can have a production pickup with more high end, just order one underwound for the relatively cheaper copper Custom Shop prices. Unless by "extra jingle jangle" you mean your looking to spend more.

Yes you can do this, I believe through the Custom Shop. You just spec the Zephyr feature set, or select only some of the features a la carte, and they’ll price it for you.
