D&C First SP-Bass (Steel P-Bass) in progress

so after many question of bass players to build a bass i was thinking to give it a try
the first bass guitar was a order from a Belgium cover band named Koyle
i take my X-fusion model and made a bass guitar of it with the logo of koyle cut out and a reversed headstok
here is a picture of the guitar on stage (you probably seen it in some earlier post)

he was so happy with it so i decided to make the sp-bass
this one is almost done for a test ride
i have to put on a bridge, tuners and strings

here it is
i changed the look a little bid because i like to see the metal coming true

i made the body rough and put clear coat over it
on the parts where i left paint i put a little bid more cclear coat over it, and than heat it up so the first paint start to crack a bit, so it gets a nice touch

Looks good, But I'd like it better without the guard.

Would you mind if I edited the pic and removed the guard?

it is cool without a guard but this pickguard is a quick removable part of the bass i i have a customer who wants different pick ups i just have to change it

here it is ready to hit the stage tonight yeah i am very proud of the result
i give all my guitars a name
