Well I'll be damned. . That's where the idea came from. The 1 I posted is in a pawn shop down the road for $750. Negotiable. Blackwell used to preach in a church right over the border in Texas. He had an accident that put him in a wheelchair and moved out east, he might even be dead by now.

Do you see that sunburst down there, a used Squier,.. he wanted $289 for that. Only 5/4 of the price new.

Those Ovation Preachers are killer guitars. Too bad they are going for collector's prices these days. Twenty years ago, you couldn't give one away.

Haha. I found a guitar in the pawn shop formerly owned by a semi-small time evangelical preacher. I thought it was kind of humerous so I posted it and here we are.

I could see it being kind of cool for evangelizing, being able to accentuate every thung you say with a note or two. . . Maybe a pick slide to hell

The only thing I saw there that I might be interested is a pair of bayonets that look like they're from the 1840's.
