Pokin' around on 1 of the "Strat Projects"...

Bright/lively/loud,even w/old-ass strings.Prolly needs a Truss adjust, but still OK for in front of teh TV.
Stringthru Warmoth Alder Hardtail bod, scalloped MIJ neck,Rosewood board.
Thinking "Classic Rock/Countryish-ish" mode,but no noise allowed.Prefer passives,period.

Cool Rails? DiM Pro Track? Injectors? YJMs?
Middle p/up will prolly be in order for this one, usually don't use one....

Just wonderin',would be nice to have a "less hot but hotter" Strat thingie...

Marshall VS Combo,coupla pedals...

edit:
Def tone control on Br p/up,Thanx Artie!!!
:p

The Injectors are pretty versatile, as are DiMarzio's Area series if you want true vintage tones in a noiseless design, but I definitely agree with Mincer here...

The YJMs are far more "Strat" sounding than people give them credit for at first glance due to their association with Yngwie Malmsteen and his playing style.

As a set, the YJMs are very well matched and super versatile. Their slightly boosted output, clear response and elimination of unwanted noise without losing that true single coil tone and expressiveness at their core is exactly why Yngwie can do so much with them!

P.S. - I'm not just saying that because I have a set up for sale...ha ha!!! ;)
