Darkglass Tone Capsule

Hey everyone

I’m wiring up one of these dark glass told capsules in a Warwick bass. The provided schematics are for five knob set up’s. The bass has a four knob set up with a triple stacked push poll volume/blend pot. The old preamp in the bass had a bunch of extra wires and right now im having no luck. Has anyone wired one of these up before?
