Dave Mustaine Livewire on 25K pots?

I'm interested in Dave Mustaine Livewire pickups (tired of EMG81, and Blackouts are too hot for my taste), but they come with 100K volumn and tone pots.

Anyone knows whether they can work properly with 25K pots?
Or Does anyone know whether SD has any plan to introduce a "phase II" version of these pickups which have quick connectors and can work with 25K pots so that they can replace EMG directly?

The idea is to replace one harness with the other. Out with the EMG harness, in with the SD harness. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

I've got the livewires for my Ibanez ART500. The 100k pots that came with the livewires are wider than the current pots. I couldn't install the pots. I am using 50k pots and the tone changes just a bit.
I need the 100k for the tone pot.
