i have never really used a delay very much. i can't seem to find a seeting for anything that i like, (although i'm sure theres at least 1 that i would like) so post your favorite settings here so i can try em out.

Re: dd-6 delay settings

I couldn't get used to delay until I learned to stop listening to it.

Whenever I would "listen" to the delay, I would dial it in pretty wet...so that when I played I'd take over and make my sound all confusing.

Once I learned to stop listening to the delay, I could dial it in so it added a nice abience. Quite often you can't even tell I'm using delay....until I turn it off. ;)

I pretty much use tweeked versions of the suggested presets that're in the users manual.

I wish i had written down the settings i used to use for the dd6, unfortunatly i only have the settings for my digitech delay on hand.

I'm not completely sure on these, but i think they are close to what i used:
Level - 3 o'clock
Feedback - around 1 o'clock
Delay time - varied from 10-1
usually using 200ms, or warp mode

These are just off the top of my head so i don't know if you'll find them usable or not, but maybe they'll help. How are ya liking the flanger?

http://www.bossus.com/index.asp?pg=1&tmp=118

The product manual link is near the bottom left. Also, click on the audio samples link....it has some sound samples, but it also shows the settings used to achieve them.

I'd help more if I could, but I use a DD-3 and DD-20.

believe it or not, i have only used the flange once to make sure it worked. i havent got around to finding a setting i like for it yet. i have mostly been preoccupied with gettin the right sound out of my cfh and the md-2 and ds-1. now i've started in on the dd-6 and the bf-3 will be next in line. i also use the modded phase 90 on just about everything. i am gonna be lookin for a pretty good chorus before too long, and i'm still hunting a used tonebone hot brittish to try out to see if i like em.
