Can someone tell me the difference between these pickups. Are they actually different or just wound by a specific person? is it just the

Fascinating, since we ALL know that JBJ is the most amazeballs pickup ever wound in the entire history of all JB's ever made and compared to any other JB made by anyone. Yet the DDJ is just a DD?

They’re both Duncan Distortions, and the coil winds should be within allowed tolerances of each other, but they may not sound the same, as other materials have changed.
