Man, I want this, especially since I got no acoustic. I don't play enuf acoustic, and I don't play any now casue I ain't got one.I just couldn't pull the trigger- it was about 20 bucks more than I wanted to spend. Darn. I love this I love the Dead.;

EDIT- I ended up getting this, to have a beater around the house, to pickup and strum.No worries about dings and scrapes, of which it should see plenty. I got em to toss in a set of Thomastik Infield 10 Guage Jazz strings, so got in effectively around the $250 mark. I don't think these things were flying out the door.
Now I'm going to want a Acoustic Gig-Bag.
