Dean DMT pickups?

Re: Dean DMT pickups?

By the way - since I posted last in here I picked up a 1980 Caddy, with three DMT's.

Haven't ran out to change them...

Just an update:

Just got a set of Lights Out installed in my Schenker V. Digging them very much! 17k Ceramic goodness!

I've had several Deans... but right now the white 1980 Cadi I've owned for about 5 years is perfect with stock pickups. I'm usually the guy who changes them out after awhile, No need here - they sound great.

Always wanted to try the Lights Out in my V but I loved the Super Ds so much I never got round! I have had, and really liked both the Time Capsule and Leslie West pickups. The Baker Act is another I would love to try sometime.

I have a Baker Act sitting around waiting to go into the bridge of a three brick Caddy

The stock P-90 in my Leslie West Mountain was weak and buzzy. I replaced it with a Kent Armstrong stacked P-90 which sounded much better, and didn't buzz. But I put it back under the stock cover.

I tried a few USA ones, but none of them ever stayed in the guitar. Usually they were either too hot or emphasized frequency ranges I didn't like.
