I cant judge because i just buy amps and guitars that are the right shade of green yknow

If you like death metal and solidstate amps you should get those old solidstate Peaveys and Ampegs before the hipsters drive the price up any further

I scored this amp like 5 years ago for 135.00 on eBay. I wouldn't do this to my Mesa or Marshall.
For a fairly cheap solid state I get good tones with my Agile Intrepid Pro 8 String. I run a MXR 10 band eq through the fx loop in series and it sounds killer. I rewired my Vader 4x12 for stereo so I can utilize the full 300 watts from the head to the cab.
