A little homage to Chuck, RIP. :headbang:
Did this yesterday in all of two hours. Played everything but the drums, that was a midi file that I ran through battery and some free ****ty NSkit samples, so it sounds better than midi, but still not good enough.
Don't mind the rhythm guitars cutting out before the first breakdown, that was some WEIRD editing ****up that I didn't notice until it was too late to correct.
I used the Schecter into my V-amp2, and an Ibanez SDGR 5 string bass with EMG 89's into the V-amp with preamp modeling bypassed. One mono take for the bass, and one track left and right for the rhythm guitars. Phased guitar was one track up the center, as was the lead. Lathered some chorus on that, though, to get a more Chuck-esque sound.
