deciding on pickups

I'm getting an RG 350 and I'm going to take the Ibanez pickups out and put Seymour Duncans in. I'm looking for a very versatile setup. I play blues, rock, metal, and jazz. I really need something that can sound awesome clean yet sound awesome distorted. So what do you think would be best for the HSH setup? I have listened to most all of the pickup sound samples on the site, but I still want some suggestions.

Thanks
Mike

+1, especially on the Blues. I would go either 59' or APH in the neck, depending on what kind of tone you want.

Re: deciding on pickups

I've listened to every pickup sample on the site and takenall your suggestions into consideration and I've pretty much decided on a '59 for the neck, a vintage staggered in the middle, and either a JB or Duncan distortion in the bridge. I'm torn between these two. I don't really like the blues humbucker for the bridge. It just sounds a little too muddy and thick for my taste. So how do you guys think this setup would sound '59 in the neck, vintage staggered in the middle, and a JB in the bridge?

Thanks for all your help.

Mike
