Pearly gates alternative

Currently I have the PG trembucker in the bridge position of a HSH strat paired with dimarzio PAF Master neck. The PG sounded great in HSS setup because of its brightness, but in HSH setup it lacks a bit of output and low end thickness. Which duncan is a step up from the PG? Interested to try hades gates, saturday night specials also looks interesting but not available trem-spaced. I tried SH16 hybrid, they sound very versatile but I’m looking for something warmer.

That should be the Hades Gates. It is hotter than the PG, and the description leads me to believe that it has more mids in there, but I have not personally used one. The Slash 2.0 has more mids, less treble and is higher output than the PGs as well. I don't think it can be ordered as a Trembucker stock, though.

i think the hades gates or slash 2.0 would be my choices in your situation, though i dont have either yet. the 78 is pretty bright
