Delay/Modulation pedal suggestions

I find myself in the situation where i think i want to swap out my fuzz pedal from a BBE Free Fuzz (Silicon Fuzz Face) for the EHX Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff. The BBE is about half the size of the EHX, and i have a GFS Twin Overdrive on my board next to the fuzz. I find myself basically never using the GFS and am happy using my Soul Food as a mid hump kind of boost. So have the room for another pedal thats about the size between a "normal" size single pedal and a double pedal. I would really like some modulation and possibly delay if its an option.

I play alot of different kinds of music from blues to metal, and i am planning on using the modulation on the wet amp in my wet/dry setup with an Enater Tweaker 40 and Alamo Embassy Tweed Combo for things outside of metal. I also use the same pedal board with a split dry signal on my bass into my Ashdown Mag 220, so i would like it to play well with bass as well. It would be preferable that there be a dry-mix knob but its not necessary.

The types of modulation i seem to like are:
Harmonic Tremolo
Univibe
subtle chorus and phase

Maybe a smaller pedal that does many of those sounds, like a Line 6 M5, or that Boss MD-500.

I hadn't heard of that EH pedal..it looks and sounds cool. It would be great if you don't need more than 1 mod sound per set.

Re: Delay/Modulation pedal suggestions

Along the same lines as the Mod 11, which looks like it'll be my next pedal purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the EHX Canyon for all your delay needs. And it has a built-in looper, so there's that too.

Re: Delay/Modulation pedal suggestions

The Line 6 HX Effects has a ton of great mod options. They are updating it with new stuff fairly regularly.

To be honest i havent tried alot of modulation, im going off what i hear on albums/youtube demos. Up until about 5 years ago i didnt even use pedals, but i have a ton of drive pedals and really want something other than just flavors of drive

Wampler terraform will be releasing shortly. That willl nail all your modulation needs and size restraints. Source Audio One series pedals can essentially chose any 3 modulation effects and swap out anytime. Source Audio nemesis (delay) lets you add in some flange/chorus/Mod and can tweak it to trem/univibe style. Granted not the best option as you should focus one pedal on mod and one on delay.
