Delay pedals

I can't wait for the new Diamond Memory Lane Deluxe (I think that is what they are calling it) to hit. There are so many wonderful delay pedals out there.

Im throwing out another vote for the Carbon Copy, I have the mini and does everything I could want.

Don’t hold your breath. I believe they went out of business.

What a shame. I missed out on the initial release of the pedal (Memory Lane 2). Great pedals, great company, great service, etc. You hate to see the good ones go. Hopefully they can bounce back if indeed they are out.

Digital or Analog? Yes....

Have had an AD9 and a DD3 most of my guitar life. I prefer digital, especially in a mix.

And Tape is its own thing too.

All three have their points, pro and con. I am generally ok with analog voiced digital also.

My Delays:

DD3 - my standard go to for anything delay
AD9 - My standard go to analog delay. I dig it for slap back and fattening
Washburn Analog Delay - Just a nice analog delay
BBE two Timer - Analog, and I dig it to do a short or a longer one, with one guitar bass drums blues styling.
Tech 21 Boost DLA - Digital, Can do a great variable Tape sim. I like it for delay lead boost
Boss DSD3 - Just a DD3 with a useless looper
Boss RV3 - A DD3 with reverb. Or reverb with a DD3.
Visual Sound H2O - A nice analog voiced digital

Variety is the spice.

The M5/9/13 has some killer delays in it. The HX Effects, even more. I use my M9 for rehearsal, for a great slapback and modulated delay.
