You would probably have to ask them or their techs.

Jake had a pretty bright tone. I'd bet he had 500K pots.

I say Jake used 500 K. BRatta sounds warmer but that could be the ADA he used

Vito used EMG's I believe

OK thanks. I'll wire mine 500k then cuz that's the tone I'm after. I know Vito used EMG85s towards the end there but White Lion's Pride album (great tone) was done with a 59 in the bridge. And right after recording that, switched to JBs. I know he also used those Steinbergers with dual EMG 85s i think towards the end of his career. Thanks

I have no idea what either of them used in their guitar back then, and ten dollars says they don't remember either. The 59 model usually needs 500k pots, I (and many others) like the JB with 250k's.
