i see theese two amps and they are about $75 different, the blem is cheaper. what makes it cheaper? WHAT DOES "BLEM" MEAN?

Blemish. "finish flaw" most of the time.
Where'd you find it?
Most of the time, a floor model in a store can have a bit knocked off it if you can talk the salespeople into giving you the floor model. It also may be a return item. Somebody bought it and brought it back. They can't sell it new, but it is "like new".
As with anything, buyer beware. Check it out before you buy to make sure it's not a mechanical and/or electronic blemish.
