I got a DiMarzio chopper, planning to get an IGNO

I'm still thinking. For a HSS guitar with 2 rail pickups, what should I be getting?

Another Chopper? Fast Track? Cruiser?

Or do I get a Pro Track and put the Chopper in the middle? Lol

Fast track 1 DP181 is a fatter alternative to the cruiser bridge for middle position and is a closer match in terms of output mV. Cruiser Bridge DP187 is lean in the mids which gives it a single coil character.

<<< ^^^ I Use Chopper Bridge on my Main Teleblaster ( dont have a Middle but if did , Concur on THIS >>>
" Middle position is versatile with cruiser bridge DP187 IMO, especially for cleaner sounds." Been Looking at these for While (DP187) Chopper is my favorite of 50yrs of Tele so Far in Bridge ( But I'm Not a Country Dude

Here's a surprise.. they pair really well with cool rails, keeping in mind that cool rails really aren't cool.. The trick for me has been to run them parallel or not depending on how well you want them to match.

A true single in the middle is pretty bad ass to me for HSS with a single coil size humbucker in the neck.

Well I got 2 Choppers now. Snagged the other from Marketplace lmao

Now I guess I'll get an IGNO or a Satchur8 next

I'd try to keep everything hum-cancelling if I could.

Dave - there's 5 positions with 3 p'ups - the true middle is the only one that's not + can be used
intermittently/ when wanted ( Depends on Clint's Ax + Him ( Maybe it works out bytchin' for Him most often for personal Tone ~ I had a 85 Strat ( sold to Randy Chambers) with Txs-spcls that if I ever changed out bridge or neck , i STILLL Woulda left that beautiful middle single < on that guitar , I Dont know what would've beat it

p.s. - Clint and Ywngie know what i'm sayin'

Interesting that IGNIO has the company logo. When did Dimarzio start doing that? (Since they stopped in about 1990)

They still do this only for OEM, pickups that come as original equipment on a guitar, some usually older ones have the white logo, newer ones are stamped or molded inho the bobbin.
