ive never really liked those pickup finders because you cant have more than option selected.

I dont see how SD would sue Dimarzio for the finder.. its like altavista sueing google for making a search engine...

IMO all the bad name they've made is 100% deserved after that - it's not just because they trademarked a colour scheme, its the fact they did it when Gibson had prior use, and they know their trademark won't stand up in court but they still use it to drag small companies through the legal system and bankrupt them

Not that I really cared that much for their pickups anyway (I prefer more vintage voiced ones, although the Vai gets a nice tone from them), but I just can't buy from a company with ethics that low - so they're currently #1 on my boycott list
