Dimarzio Tone Zone Wind / Coils

I'm interested in trying to figure out how some Dimarzios are approximately wound.

In particular the Tone Zone...

If we consider that the pickup is wound with their dual resonance trademark mismatched wire gauge method, and the total DCR is approx 17.2k, i must assume they have wound 1 coil with 43 AWG, and another coil at 44 AWG... If we took the 43 AWG wire and produced 7200 turns, and then took the 44 AWG and produced 7600 turns, we would probably end up with a pickup at about 16.5k DcR...

With a Roughcast Alnico 5 magnet, nickel baseplate and Short polepiece screws, is it safe to assume that we would have a fairly similar pickup to the Tone Zone, but slightly less output, tighter / less Muddy, and a bit more open on top (but less harsh/fizz) ??

There was a thread a while back here about ohms/foot of wire. Each gauge is essentially 17% different from one another, but I don't know what the actual figures were. Remember too that the initial turns will be a shorter distance of wire than the last ones.
Also wire used (overall length) will depend on the neatness of the pattern. The neater and more regular the less wire for a number of given turns.
