Could anybody give me a review on these? I want to upgrade my MIM Tele (stock). I'm after the famous country tele tone you hear everywhere.

I can speak for the neck pickup. IMO, it's the single best Tele neck pickup out there. Very open and round. It's smooth and punchy and almost has a Strat character to it. The bridge pickup? I have heard it's not quite as nice; but nice enough.

I've posted at the TDPRI numerous times how much I like the TK set in my Mahogany Tele. They're smooth and transparent in the middle and neck positions, while the bridge provides plenty of "Last Train to Clarksville" twang. Ideal for Buck Owens stuff.
Now if the discussion were about HBers, I'd opt for SD '59s, but that's another thread.
