I don’t see why they wouldn’t. That said, think hard about the Titan neck before buying. I now have one collecting dust in my spare room. It was lifeless imo. What sound are you going for at the neck? For soloing, I have heard the illuminator do well in a lot of vids.

I have an X2N paired with a D-Activator neck. It does crushing to crunchy to clear (not to be confused with clean) with a high gain sound, just by changing the three position switch.
Don't know about the Titan.

I have the Illuminator in the neck of my San Dimas and yes it works very well for soloing

I pair my X2N with a D Activator X and it works really well together. This is in my basswood Ibanez RG2570 Prestige.

I’m going to get a Jackson Warrior in a few months hopefully and will go for either Liquifire or Air Norton or imperium while going for an X2N in the bridge

No. Even neck pickups with F-spacing line up better in the neck position of Ibanez guitars.
From the DiMarzio site:
Most tremolo equipped guitars that have a nut width of 1-11/16” (43mm) or more should also use an F-spaced pickup in the neck position.

I too can recommend pairing the X2N with a D Activator X neck (output 300). I originally paired my X2N with The Tone Zone (output 375) in my self-built guitar on the recommendation of a guitar shop guy back in 1993. It stayed that way for about 15 years, but I was never fond of it. The guitar is mahogany with maple/ebony set neck and the difference in tone was too much. IMO the D Activator X is a better EQ pairing and they, of course, match each other in looks too. As they are both bar magnet type pickups they accommodate all string spacings, neck or bridge.

Ok. Very good!! I think i’m gonna go the michael romeo route and pair an x2n with a tonezone. I can just imagine how deadly the combo will be, realizing how intense the tonezone is in the bridges of two of my other guitars. Thank you for all the advice guys, appreciate it big time!!
