dimarzio yhn04 - what is this pickup?

i stopped by the repair / parts shop today to pick up some odds & ends for a project. i remembered that i need a neck pickup for another project, so i asked what used humbuckers the proprieter had laying around.

of the handful of pickups presented, i went with an old dimarzio humbucker that was made as an oem for a yamaha guitar. i peeled back the foam on the bottom of thd baseplate and found a sticker with the model number YHN04. i'm assuming this is code for something like "yamaha neck 04".

past that assumption, i can find absolutely no information about this pickup when i try to google it. does anyone have any insight as to the specs on this thing?

Write a mail to dimarzio customer service with photos in attachment and some info like the dc resistance. They could help you

Is it really a DiMarzio? Yamaha usually uses their own pickups, which are not all that special.

Any way you could get pics of it? The guys here are usually pretty good at spotting what something is and isn't.

Also, it was commonplace back in the late 70's and 80's for Asian guitar makers to copy the double cream DiMarzio look. They all did it. Even Ibanez. Schaller did too.
