dimebucker question

really two. why isn't the dimebucker on the tone chart?

if it were, what would the chart read? (i don't really understand the relevance of resonant peaks and dc resistance in terms of pups, but i understand the graphs real good) what would the output and treble/mid/bass response be like, maybe even in realtion to other pups on the tone chart?

i'm sure this has been asked before, but i didn't see it...any help would be geratly appreciated. also, if i have somehow managed to overlook this item on the tone chart, flame away.

Re: dimebucker question

The Dimebucker was introduced after the tone-chart was made, there are a few pickups available today that aren´t on the chart "yet" ;)

I just looked, because I´m pretty sure I saw EQ and Res. Specs for the Dime on the site before, but I can´t seem to find them right now.....

Re: dimebucker question

those would be on the pickup description page, right below the description for the dimebucker.

Re: dimebucker question

Eh I think you can compare the eq's by looking at the tone charts page's code and divide the width of the eq graphics by... ehm I think it was 4...
It's a bit complicated though ;)
