Dimensions of 7-string Blackouts Phase 1 (passive size)?

Thinking about putting a set of Phase 1 (passive-size) Blackouts in my Ibanez RG7CT. Unfortunately the front-mount cavities are extremely shallow on this guitar.
Can someone tell me the measurements of the 7-string Phase 1 (passive-size) Blackouts? I need to know top to bottom of pickup and top to bottom of tabs. Thanks!

Sort of related to the original question is how does one go about trimming off an extra 1/4" of depth of a pickup cavity? My situation is I have a Epi SG Jr that has a dog eared soapbar, and I want to install an EMG p-90 which fits in the cavity, but the cavity needs to be deeper. There is enough wood to route deeper, but I was wondering what kind of router bit you'd need, and how to route without reshaping the dimensions of the cavity cutout itself, just make it deeper.

I have a router attachment for my dremel tool that works pretty well for doing this. It's fairly slow work but the chances of messing up the shape of the original route is much less than with a full size router.

The other option is to buy a template from Stew-Mac as well as a special router bit for following the template. These can be used with a full size router. This option is much better for new routes than for reworking existing ones though IMHO.

The caveman approach is to do it very carefully the brad point or small forstner bit in a drill press. Just take several plunge cuts and use a small chisel to break out the excess material left after drilling.

I bought one of those Dremel tools before but took it back as I could never find the router bit that I would need in Home Depot or Lowes. Do you have the # of the bit needed as IIRC there was one specific one I would need and no one was able to find out if they could order it for me and naturally they never carried that specific bit. Also with the router attachment, how do you set depth? It looks fixed.

I buy bits at the hobby store. I usually use 1/8" diameter round carbide cutter.

It's not shown in the picture but there is a height adjustment on the back side. They also make a more fancy version that does plunge cuts.
