Direct Mounting Pickups - screws

Hi

I am installing some new pickups into my Fender Modern Stratocaster (Japanese). I don't really want to have to drill out the base plates on the pickups so does anyone know where I can order the same size screw that comes with Seymour Duncan pickups but has a little shoulder at the top to allow for height adjustment?

The screws used to attach humbucker rings to a guitar's top work well for direct mounting.
They're thin enough to fit through the baseplate holes without drilling them out.
You'll need a piece of foam rubber to go underneath the pickup, P90 style.
