If I were to buy a DSL, I'd be running G12Hs..warm...and the least amount of high mids/high end, but still tight, I'd also run the warmest, lowest gain pre-amp tubes I could find. I wonder if anyone here has run some T7s in them...

I'm running 12au7s in a 900 Dual Reverb. Along w/a speaker change, it really reduced the fizz factor.
