Distortion matched set

Has anyone played this set ? I'm thinking of it but I sometimes play clean (rare) .Do these clean up at all? I was thinking more of the jazz neck instead but I'd get a distortion neck if it could clean up somewhat. Thanks

I loved the dist neck when I had it. It cleaned up fine. Great for singing neck leads.

The Distortion set is one of my personal favorites. The Distortion is an amazing neck pickup and yes, it can clean up very well. It also sounds great when split. Just makes sure to utilize your volume and tone knobs, and you'll be amazed at what kind of tones you can get from the pair.

I see the set only has 2 sh6's so I'll have to buy them separately a tb6 and a sh6 neck. Will cost 15 dollars more but I think the tb6 will be better for a floyd. Thanks guys I was hoping to hear that the neck cleans up well.

Despite the Distortion being called, the Distortion, it is made to keep things clean so that no matter how dirty it gets, you can actually enjoy the distortion.

Enjoy your neck.. oh, and the TB6 will line up real good, so keep that whammy whammyin'!

The Distorion set is definitely a best-kept secret. Excellent pickups, some of my favorites.

the name DISTORTION is real misleading since this pup is more about bigness and clarity
I was real suprised when i tried one it was very ,very good
not at all the sound i thought it would get.
just a real powerful tone with great clarity
kind of like a tone zone without the extra bass
