Distortion neck with alnico 5 ? Custom 5 with allen screws in neck ?

I was wondering putting a higher output humb in the neck ,
which could have enough treebles and harmonics for soloing with gain ,
with bite and clarity , and wired in parallel for clean work .

option 1 : sh-6 neck with alnico 5

option 2 : custom ( alnico ) 5 with a row of allen to tame the bass

Do you think it would work ? ( 7 strings guitar )

option 3 : 59 bridge with a row of allen , but I doubt it , 42 gauge tend to be fat and bassy ... ?
custom is 43 gauge and sh-6 probably 44 .

In bridge = custom 7 , perhaps with alnico 8 .

id guess a sh6n with alnico 5 might be cool. not sure how the sh14 would sound in the neck even with allen heads. still probably gonna have a ton of bottom

I received the D-Activator set a week ago , thinking I could change the magnet , but it's all glued and weird
so I returned them : I am a Seymour boy !
I hope someone could report his experience with a sh-6 alnico 5 in neck ...
How is the EQ , how is the clean sound , etc ...
For the Custom 5 in the neck , to tame the basses , there is the allen screws option AND turning the slug coil towards the bridge ,
as the slug coil is always brighter and more powerful .

There are close to 300 companies out there selling pickups.

The Distortion necklace, with an a5 is - for all practical purposes but not exactly - a JB neck model. Excellent indeed for soloing!
