The Dava picks are flexible, to simulate 3 different guages.

Even if you just grip it towards the tip (heavy guage), they bend in a similar manner to what you're describing.

Hey,

I like the look of those Dava picks. I recently spotted I'd been bending my Jim Dunlop Nylon picks just with my heavy and hot handed ways. Don't drop 'em so I's sticking with 'em.
