Do you NEED a trembucker with a Floyd?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but for Strats with Floyd's does it REALLY matter if you use a trembucker or not?

Is it absolutely necessary to have a trem-spaced pickup with a Floyd Rose? "NO."

Would it be a better idea to opt for a trem-spaced pickup if you have a Floyd Rose? "YES."
