Today I purchased a set of EL84's, 12ax7's, and an EZ81 and documented me replacing them in my Thomas Amps VST18 combo.
I recorded a progression and lead in 4 ways:
1 - with no pedalboard, right into amp
2 - with pedalboard clean
3 - with pedalboard dirty
4 - with pedalboard Lead tone
the only Post production I did was put a limiter on the master bus just incase if it peaked.
