Hey, I just sold one of those. They are a great guitar and I really liked mine for the brief time I had it. The licensed Floyd Rose can be a bit of a nuisance because it doesn't stay in tune particularly well. I didn't mind the EMG HZ-4's for high gain stuff but they were lacking in the clean department. That natural finish is beautiful, I actually prefer that to the see-thru black finish my 302 had.
Personally I wouldn't pay more than $325 USD for it. I got mine for $300 USD shipped to me from Vegas to southwestern Ontario. But I sold it on eBay for $400 USD, so the prices do fluctuate. If you are willing to wait to find a good price you'll be happy.
