Does anyone make a pickguard or ring that fits a parallel axis stack?

I have googled and come up blank. I know I could just square out the routes, but I have always sucked at making pickguards look pro.

One would think so. I really want to do an H/S tele with a PATB-2 in the bridge and parallel axis stack in the neck.
