Does It Matter Which Magnet I flip for PRS Wiring?

I have a set of Alnico II humbuckers, the bridge has a nickle cover and the neck is a zebra. I want to set them up with the PRS 5-way wiring. Can I flip the magnet in the neck pickup rather than the bridge (much easier since the bridge has the cover)?

It technically doesn't matter which. Do the one that's easier.
