I avoid seafood and organ meats, but yeah, it's not as deep-fried here :laughing:

There's a couple of good YT vids where they talk about how most of we get in a "Chinese" carry-out is nothing that the Chinese would actually eat. General Tso's chicken for one. Created in New York City in 1974. The one that surprised me was eggrolls. Purely American. Chinese, and Asians, eat springrolls.
