does this look good?

Re: does this look good?

My guess would be if he was dumb enough to screw it up that way, he probably screwed up other parts that are unmentioned.

Re: does this look good?

the new ones are like $425 and i would probably change out the pickups anyway. it would save me some money.

Re: does this look good?

ask him for more info on the body/neck condition. from the pics it looks ok but just make sure its not banged up. if its 41 bucks its ok but u never know how much the winning bid is.

looks like it has potential. new electronics , knobs and pups are all it needs. while u are at it might as well get some locking tuners.

Re: does this look good?

ouch!

ok, i did some DIY on my SG, but at least you cant see it unless you're looking at the guitar up close (or take the pups out/open the control cavity)

Re: does this look good?

I'd buy it and completely strip the finish, fix that crack, refinish it in tobaco burst, stick a JB/Jazz set in, and be good to go for less than the price of a new SZ520.

well, if you planned it out like that, go for it

*Psst Davey, that's not the guy that started the thread ;)

Why the hell would anyone want to put the input jack on the front of the guitar in the first place??

I'd pass on it tbh..
