dog ear mini humbucker ring?

This is a rather obscure request, but hopefully someone here has an answer. I'm looking for mounting rings like the ones in this picture of the Rio Grande Dawgbucker. I've been looking around but I can't seem to find them anywhere sold separately.

If I contact Rio Grande, would they sell them separately? Has SD ever made or sold anything like this? Any information or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks very much.

I've never seen Duncan do something like that. You could just get a cheap dog-ear cover and cut it out yourself.
