Re: Don't be a bich
First of all.. Congrats Aceman on your new axe! How ya liking the neck thru? Of all the guits I burned thru a few years ago when I was rolling them so much, I think Ive only had one or two neck thrus. And, AWESOME price on it! Im curious to see what you end up with for pups. Im not real experienced with Dimarzios. The Super D is fun, but if you go that route, get the Dual Sound so u can split.. Ive been really curious to try a Crunch Lab/Liquifier as there was so much positive hype around them when they came out.
Mincer, IIRC, the 80's NJ series were somewhat turds, BUT... Im sure the first few years of them were probably darn good. (they were made in Japan. NJ standing for Nagoya Japan) However, in the late 80's Class Axe bought the co and thats when most of the guitars turned to turds. As with most of the guitar companies back in that era. People viewed the Japanese guitars as inferior (Charvel Model series, Kramer Focus models) though most were pretty awesome!!! Its late 80s when the companies started going to other countries to make guitars is when they went to crap as those factories werent developed at the time.
Don P, Great Benatar vid! I remember Spyder playing alot of BC Riches back in the day!!
Wmachine, Awesome Explorer!!
Ive always wanted a Warlock and tho Im not big on signature guitars, Id really LOVE to have a Morice model.. Again, not big on Sig models, but the black widow theme is cool and I love the features of it. Kahler, upgraded pups etc
