Why don't you just contact the seller and see if he will ship to a US addy if you win?

The Account on Ebay German will also allow you to buy internationaly(at least i can with mine). Why not just open up a Paypal acoount? It's free and it won't hurt to have one.

BTW, I've never had any issue with paypal..other than the stupid 3% fees they charge to accept Credit cards.
