Re: dont let it EVER be said duncans dont

I agree with the Duncans and metal part ... it's the Lamb of God and metal part I'm having trouble with.

Where are the mids? *hits speakers*

I hear plenty of mids, expecially in the real recording.

I dislike their politics and the singer is a ****, but I really dig Lamb of God. Kicked hellish ass this year on Ozzfest.

Yeah, that vocalist really ruined that song. It didn't really have that much going for it in the first place.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how someone can say Lamb of God isn't metal. I guess it depends on your definition of metal, really. I can vaguely remember the days when people called Stryper, The Cult, and Mr. Big metal... So I guess if zebra-print spandex and fringed leather jackets are your thing, you won't dig Lamb of God. Fair enough.

I will say that if you can't hear the mids in their recorded tone, you must have a few years of Aqua-Net stoppage in your ears. :)

Sorry to rant a bit, but I also take issue with Randy (the singer) being called an *******. My drummer and I met up with him one night in downtown Cleveland and had a few beers - he was totally cool. He ended up singing Barry White tunes to homeless people in the street before we left...

That doesn't make him a good guy, it just means he was drunk! j/k

Someone mind explaining what kind of music this is? I'm not familiar with them nor can I d/l that kinda stuff at work.

IF he were truley COOL he would have got them some food or booze instead of singing Barry white to them
